Ingredients
- 2 cups flower
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup softened butter, or coconut oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup chocolate chips (I use Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 F and grease a full sized loaf pan. Get three bowls for mixing.
Mix the dry goods (flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt) in bowl 1. In bowl 2 mix the bananas, milk and cinnamon. Leave it a little lumpy. In bowl 3 whip the butter and sugar until fluffy then whip in one egg at a time.
Add the banana mixture to the butter mixture and stir. Next, mix in the dry mixture. Once will mixed, fold in the chocolate chips. Pour into the bread pan and bake for 70ish minutes, until you get a clean toothpick. Remove and place on cooling rack. Serve warm, cooled or however you want.
